On Friday 24th Nov we celebrated another great year of basketball for Power Assist. With over 100 in attendance, we presented our major awards for the year along with trophies and medals to all players and coaches. A great night of friendship, hospitality and some awesome dance moves. Thank you to all who came along and helped us to celebrate such a great year. Huge shout out to all of our Volunteers who give so much of their time and care to making sure Friday night basketball continues. We really couldn’t do it without you. So to all our Ref’s, door people, administrators, team coaches and managers, parents and supporters, thank you for understanding how important basketball is, and for continuing to commit each Friday night. We all work so hard to ensure Power Assist provides a safe, friendly and supportive environment where players can grow in their skills and abilities (on and off the court). For whatever part you play in this – thank you, and we look forward to continuing to deliver this world class competition through into next year (and beyond) – and please remember that we are always open to suggestions for improvement, and offers to assist.
To all of our players – keep being awesome!! We look forward to seeing you again in 2024, maybe with some skills you have picked up on the courts over the break (practice is always good). Thank you to all of you who turn up each week with a terrific attitude, thought and care for your own and the other team members, and respect for the game, and our volunteers.
