On Friday 17th May, 8 teams battled it out for the 4 premiership positions.  And what a brilliant night we had.  Once again the car park was full and the stadium packed with many spectators.  All 4 games, Victorian Championship Men, Divisions 2, 3 and 4, were very entertaining and played with terrific sporting attitude withing teams and to opponents.  A huge thank you to our 6 referees, and all of our dedicated volunteers.  Big thanks to all the coaches and team captains who have helped to develop such great culture within their teams.

In our Division games, the winning margins were 6, 4 and 3 points – such close games – which really kept the large crowds entertained. In the Victorian Championship game, a dominant ROAR team overpowered an understrength Rogue Flare team, but the game was played hard for the full 40 minutes.

We are all incredibly proud of this competition which is in its 37th year, and season after season, the finals prove to be such exciting and entertaining games.  Congratulations to our Summer season Premiers – Roar, Leppards, Comets and Sharks.

Winter season commences next Friday (24th May), with games at both stadiums.  All players, coaches, team managers and volunteers must be registered for the 2024 Winter season – go to www.playhq.com
